The IV Horse Wee Pony Range of pony rugs has been specifically designed with the needs of small ponies in mind. Whereas some pony rugs purportedly made for small ponies are just scaled down versions of horse rugs, to include the same fastenings, weight of filling etc. IV Horse takes a different view and designs each range specifically with miniature breeds in mind.
