Bent leg irons are a popular safety stirrup iron as the bend will allow the riders foot out of the stirrup more easily than conventional irons- great for inexperienced riders of all ages.

NOTE: These Stirrup Irons don't come with treads as people sometimes have a preference about colour - we have black rubber treads so if you weant treads as well please select them as an option below.

Tip

With all Stirrup Irons when the widest part of the foot rests on the tread there should be half an inch clearance on either side of the foot. Fitted any smaller your foot risks getting stuck and any larger there is a danger of your foot slipping through and jamming.
