Postage Costs
Standard Service is £4.95 for delivery to the majority of the UK mainland and takes 3-5 working days.
Premium Service is £7.95 for delivery to the majority of the UK mainland and takes 2-3 working days*.
Express Service is £9.25 for delivery to the majority of the UK mainland and is a Next Day service*.
Overseas orders, including the Republic of Ireland & Channel Islands, please contact us before ordering for a quotation.
*You will need to phone us and ask for Premium or Express and we will take any additional payment from you at that point.
Payment
Online by debit or credit card : We accept most major debit or credit cards. We accept online payments through a secure environment (Sagepay) by credit or debit card and transactions are shown in either GBP or Euro (whichever you specify).
Cheque or postal order: These should be made payable to The Pony Tack Shop ( please also include a copy of your order confirmation). Please send cheques or postal orders to The Pony Tack Shop, Roselath Farm, Lanlivery, Bodmin, Cornwall, PL30 5BZ
Delivery
We aim to deliver within 7 working days however most orders are packed and with the postal service within 24hrs of ordering. Orders received before midday have a good chance of going out that day. If any part of your order will take longer than 7 days, we will notify you by telephone or email. In the extremely unlikely event of an order taking longer than 10 days to deliver, a full refund will be offered should you choose to cancel your order.
Returns Policy
Returns
In keeping with Distance Selling Regulations.
We hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund (minus our initial postage costs) within 7 working days from delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and be 100% resaleable.
If a returned item is soiled or damaged on its arrival to us, we will advise you by email that no refund will be available and you will be responsible for arranging such goods to be returned to you.
Please send return to the address on the invoice marking the package “Return”. If you are returning the item for any other reason apart from defects in the goods, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. We recommend that you us a “Signed For” service as responsibility for the goods will be remain with you until we have signed for the goods
NOTE: In the case of rugs, we strongly recommend that you place a sheet over the pony before trying on the rug as soiled or damaged cannot be returned for refund or exchange. If a returned rug is soiled or damaged on its arrival to us, we will advise you by email and it will be your responsibility to have the item returned to you.
NOTE: Some items/orders are subject to a 15% re-stocking charge
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange any items providing they are unsoiled and 100% resaleable. Please send them to the address on the invoice marking the package “Exchange”. We recommend that you use a “Signed For” service as responsibility for the goods will be remain with you until we have signed for the goods.
Our charges for exchanges to cover our postage and packaging to send the replacement item are as follows to a maximum of £7.95:
Item weighing over 1 Kilo £4 per item
Anything else: £2 per item
Please enclose a cheque or Postal order for the appropriate amount or you can make a payment to us over the phone.
PLEASE NOTE: A £2 handling fee will apply to all returned items that are not faulty
Damaged or Faulty Goods
Should you receive faulty goods please return them immediately for our inspection. We will either replace the goods, credit your account or issue a full refund. Replacement goods can not be sent out until we have received the returned goods. Postage costs will be reimbursed for justifiable claims. We do not give refunds on damaged goods not notified to us within 14 days of receipt.

All brand names, product names and titles used in this site are trademarks or trade names of their respective holders. No permission is given in respect of use of any of the above and such use may constitute an infringement of the holders' rights.

We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully. Information we hold on you as a result of you registering to receive emails from us is held securely and will only be used by ourselves and not passed onto any 3rd parties.
When you provide personally identifiable information to Pony Tack, we may use it to provide you with ongoing information about Pony Tack products and services. Pony Tack will not rent, sell or lease this personally identifiable information to other companies or individuals. You have a right to access, rectify, modify and delete any data referring to you. In order to exercise this right please contact us immediately.
We do not store or hold your credit or debit card details.

Alternative Products
We reserve the right to supply alternative products if the originally ordered product is not available.

All offers are subject to availability and we reserve the right to cancel, change or amend any offers or other details in the email at our discretion and without prior notice. Changes will be posted on the website. Offers are subject to availability. At any time we reserve the right to substitute offers which we determine to be of at least the same value as the original offer. There will be no cash alternative to the offered promotion. Any item we are unable to supply as part of your order, for whatever reason, will not count towards the target figure to qualify for a free gift.
